- A challenge for the project is that the existing Science building is required to be fully functional during school hours while the new addition is under construction. Although this is the nature of this project, it limits the contractor’s ability to freely perform activities that might impact class instructions.
- This challenge is mitigated thorough communications and coordination with the district and contractor are further increased to prevent disturbance to school activities. Site safety and access measures are being reviewed and updated regularly.
