The construction of this student housing is designed to support projected increased student enrollment as part of the Cal Poly transition program. fs3H is providing Design Management, Design & Constructability Reviews, RFQs and RFPs for Design-Build Procurements, GMP Evaluation & Negotiations, IOR Services, Cost Estimating, on-site CM, Inspection, Scheduling, Document Control.
