The new Student Health & Counseling Services building at CSU San Marcos provides great access to healthcare for its student population. The 20,000 SF building houses exam rooms, medical offices, counseling spaces, conference rooms, and a wellness & health program for students. Within the building, students can access care, supported by the facility’s clinical spaces, labs, and pharmacy. During the pre-construction phase, fs3H provided detailed constructability reviews to reduce change orders that might slow or delay construction. During the construction phase, fs3H was on-site, managing cost, schedule, and documentation for the project.
