The project will include reconfiguration of underground parking areas, building envelope upgrades, improvements to safety systems, and exterior stone restoration. fs3|Hodges is the U.S. Government’s Construction Manager as advisor (CMa). As the Owner’s Representative, we are responsible for pre-construction services including design/constructability reviews, cost estimating, site logistics analysis, work phasing assessment, risk assessment and value engineering. We will provide on-site CM, inspection and testing, cost/schedule control, document control, and oversee commissioning services.
