fs3H was tasked managing the renovation and modernization of the historic Palo Alto High School Tower, which serves as the administration building.
fs3H provided Program, Design Management and Project Management for this $20 million project which included both the preservation of the historic space and the addition of modern elements to create a functional space.
The completed project will result in increased accessibility, an upgraded building system, and refinished interior spaces. This project is scheduled for completion in December of 2023 and involves the addition of an elevator, a new sprinkler and fire alarm system, a new roof and a refinished historic meeting room.
