Throughout multiple projects on campuses across the distruct, fs3H has maintained continuity of leadership staff from 2002 to present. We have implemented an innovative plan review process for QC reviews and communicated with School Board and the local public, allowing District staff to focus on managing the program. fs3H has developed phased plans to keep historical buildings operational and worked closely with Citizens' Oversight Committee and facility user groups to communicate status and responsibilities. Projects included in this project are: the Performing Arts Center, Peery Family Center, Science Addition & Alteration, Library Modernization and Admin Building Renovation at Palo Alto High School, Admin Buildings A, B & K Renovation, Central Building Project andTitan Gym & Air Conditioning Retrofit at Gunn High School, the School Modernization Project at Addison Elementary, School, and El Carmelo Elementary School Modernization.
