To meet the current needs of the District, fs3H is managing the modernization of these three buildings on an active high school campus, requiring careful scheduling to minimize impact to students. These new an updated spaces will provide new Culinary Arts and Science Classrooms, a Cafeteria, and Administration Offices.

Before the update, the Administration and Food Service were housed in 60-year-old buildings. These buildings all had existing lead and asbestos hazards that required abatement before construction commenced. Safe separation between the active job sites/contractor traffic and learning spaces was needed, and fs3H developed temporary phasing and relocation plans for affected classes and functions. Existing campus buildings were converted for administrative functions and portable classrooms were removed to provide space for food service and preparation. Each move is scheduled to eliminate any down-time during the academic year, optimizing the experience for students and staff. fs3H is performing Program Management , Phasing Studies, Design Management, Bid Documents Review & Permitting - DSA, Bid & Contract Evaluation, Construction Management, Cost & Quality Management, Schedule Management & Schedule Review and Commissioning.
