fs3H was responsible for quickly resolving delays that arose on this project due to an abnormal rainy season. We also forcasted future risk and mitigated impacts to the project timeline with schedule management.

UC Santa Barbara's Henley Hall is a part of the University's Institute for Energy Efficiency. It has engineering research labs, lab support space, administrative/staff offices, a 124-seat lecture hall, and meeting rooms. The exterior is finished in terra cotta panels to provide shade and cooling. The building is constructed of concrete, steel, and has a large glass wall on one side of the structure.
