The project accommodates approximately 321 graduate beds and 1,958 upper division undergraduate beds in combination of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments.
fs3H performed schedule management for the UCLA on the new Southwest Campus Apartments. On this project, our schedulers devised an accelerated schedule and completed the project 3 months ahead of schedule.
The buildings feature ground level multi-purpose space, common study, meeting, mailroom and laundry facilities. The development has three 8-10 story buildings totaling up to 591,100 GSF.
